Roller blind styles – which to choose

The different styles of fabrics will give various degrees of light control and privacy. The choices range from voiles which create the light diffusion and privacy of a net curtain combined with the smooth sleek lines of a roller blind.

Then there are the ‘standard shading’ fabrics, which are the largest range of fabrics that are available, these include every possible combination of colour and texture and will fit every environment from classic to contemporary.

If it is the ultimate in privacy that you require, consider blackout roller blinds, these stop 100% of the light from filtering through the fabric and are ideal for bedrooms, especially children’s to help keep them asleep on bright summer mornings and evenings, or if you need to sleep during the day from working nights, even to blocking out street lights and neighbours floodlights that turn on and off during the night.
